The location is surprisingly good for accessing attractions like Taipei 101 and the Zoo with the hotel shuttle. Plus, the room was spacious enough for my family, and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful! Honestly, that made a real difference in our stay.

But wow, the room’s air conditioning was weak, and the thick winter blankets were a nightmare! Not to mention, I got dropped off at a bus terminal instead of 101, which added a frustrating 20 mins to my trip. not the best experience.

I had a lovely stay at this Holiday hotel with spacious rooms and a nice living area for the kids. The breakfast was decent, especially the pork dumplings. It’s a bit far from the city, but worth it. I’d recommend this hotel.

The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, always providing really good service. We loved the complimentary shuttle bus to local attractions like the zoo. Housekeeping went above and beyond, swiftly handling a minor mishap and even returning a lost toy to us. the warm hospitality made our stay nice.

The hotel has friendly staff, clean facilities, and a great breakfast selection with both Western and Chinese options. The hotel also provides free fruit and water in each room. Although it is located a bit outside of the city center, it is well connected by transportation with stops every 20 minutes.

Everything was spot on.

the shuttle system was a breeze to use and helped us to easily reach nearby attractions. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including a special exclusive club for members.

That the hotel was a bit far from downtown attractions, making it less convenient for business travelers. the restaurant was a little overpriced, so we opted to dine at nearby places instead.

Great staff and key location near Taipei’s main attractions. The shuttle service was very useful to move around the city easily. The breakfast buffet was also enjoyable with a variety of choices.

The rooms need some improvements, as there were some bugs in the carpet and the air conditioning was not powerful enough. it was a pleasant stay but some aspects could have been better.

The hotel has a good location for exploring the nearby Cantonese restaurant, just a 20-minute ride on public transport. It's also near the work area and a bridge. the lounge area is elegant and the staff are excellent. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with friendly staff cleaning up broken glass and returning lost toys.

The hotel doesn't offer an international breakfast, only basic options.
